A CASE WON AGAINST US STEEL

In the state of Illinois, jury of the country awarded an amount of $250 million to a victim of mesothelioma. This victim was 70 years old and a retired worker of US steel from Indiana. He name was Roby Whittington. Diagnosis of mesothelioma for this patient was done in 2001.
